Online Billing and Customer Self-Serve Portal
Customer Advantage is our new online billing and customer self-serve portal. It provides enhanced convenience for those customers looking for online services.
Customer Advantage conveniently allows customers who purchase their gas from Apex Utilities to:
- Enroll in e-billing.
- Open or close your account.
- Make service requests.
- View your usage.
- Manage your account and make payments.
- Receive notifications and alerts about important information.
- View account summary and history.
- Enroll in Budget Billing Plan.

Current Electronic Billing Customer
To continue receiving paperless bills and enjoy the benefits of Customer Advantage, follow these steps to activate your new self-serve portal:
- Visit myaccount.apexutilities.ca to access Customer Advantage. (You must access the portal using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
- Select “Forgot Password”.
- Enter your eBill registered email as your User ID. You will be prompted for your User ID and email address. Please re-enter the same email in both fields.
- Enter the displayed verification code and select “Submit”.
- Check your inbox or junk folder. You will have 20 minutes to reset your password.
- Follow the link in the “Reset Password” email and enter a new password.
- With your email address and new password, log in to Customer Advantage.
- Enjoy the benefits of Customer Advantage!
If you have one account with Apex Utilities, your User ID is your eBill registered email.
If you manage multiple accounts under different names with Apex Utilities, you will no longer be able to use a single User ID to access these accounts. Please refer to the email sent on August 4 or 5, 2021, for the unique User IDs assigned to each of your accounts.
Sign up for Customer Advantage
If you purchase your natural gas from Apex Utilities and you want to sign up for Customer Advantage, follow these instructions to get access:
- Visit myaccount.apexutilities.ca to access Customer Advantage. (You must access the portal using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
- Select “Sign up”.
- Complete the account registration form. (You will need your Apex Utilities account number to complete the registration).
- With your User ID and your password, log in and enjoy the benefits of Customer Advantage.
Need to make a payment or submit a form?
Customers who are not registered for Customer Advantage can make a credit card payment and submit specific forms electronically.
